Vrboska is a tourist destination
and harbor in the central part of the northern coast of the
island of Hvar. It is located in a narrow and deeply indented
bay and has 523 inhabitants who live of olive, fruit and wine
growing, as well as off of fishing. Vrboska is the smallest
village on the island of Hvar, Croatia. The fort church was
built to protect the villagers from raids by Turkish invaders.
Vrboska is known as "Little Venice." Vrboska has
